I was charged, but I didn't receive my in-game item.

It's possible that you've successfully made a payment in a game, but haven't yet received the game item. Be aware that during periods of high traffic, it can take up to 3-4 hours for the purchased goods to appear in your account.

If you think there's an issue with the game not delivering a good or service, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to your Payments Tab in your Settings.
  2. Check your account balance at the top of the page.
  3. Click Purchase History and then verify that your transaction was successful by reviewing the receipt associated with your payment.
  4. Ensure that the item(s) you ordered haven't been delivered in your game, noting that it may take up to 4 hours for virtual item purchases to be reflected in your game or app.
  5. If you've confirmed that your item was not delivered, contact our Support Team by clicking the Didn't receive this item link in the Detailed Receipt.
  6. Follow the instructions to contact Support Team regarding your problem receiving virtual items.
