Please, try to do the following:
1) Make sure you have a stable either a Wi-Fi connection or a cellular data connection enabled. If your Internet connection is turned on, you should be able to receive and send e-mail messages, download apps, use social networking sites, etc.
2) Try to use another Internet conection which is faster than the previous one.
3) Make sure you have enough free memory space on your device.
4) As soon as you tap Download, the icon in the right side of the screen will be showing the progress of downloading. Wait until it is completed and restart your game.
