Try to do the following:
1. Make sure you have a stable Wifi connection or cellular data connection. If your Internet connection is working, you should be able to receive and send email messages, download apps, use social networking sites, etc.
2. Try to use a faster Internet connection.
3. Make sure you have enough free memory space on your device.
4. As soon as you tap Download, the icon in the right side of the screen will show the progress of the download. Wait until it is completed and restart your game.
